DOOM - 30th Anniversary

An acrylic painting on a 24"x30" canvas, made to celebrate DOOM's 30th anniversary back in 2023.
Originally planned to be one of a series of paintings done throughout this year, but I haven't had any time to devote to personal art so for now this is the only completed one. The rest are in various stages of progress; hopefully I'll get to finish them someday.

One of the goals here was to capture some of my favorite elements of that first game, be it specific demons, weapons, visuals, or moods. Many of the elements here are things I've wanted to paint for a while, so I'm grateful to have had the chance. Loosely based on E3M1's visuals, with the Deimos base from the prior episode floating above.
